This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using eventru (the “Service”). It forms part of our Terms of Service. You are responsible for your use of the Service and for anyone you give access to your workspace.
You must not
- Use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
- Upload malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other workspaces or any system.
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission.
- Send spam or unsolicited communications, or use the Service’s email features in breach of anti-spam laws.
- Misuse personal data, including processing attendee or contact data without a lawful basis and appropriate consent.
- Reverse engineer, resell or copy the Service except as permitted by law.
- Overload or interfere with the Service’s infrastructure or other users’ use of it.
Fair use of AI features
AI features are provided subject to usage allowances. Do not use them to generate unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, or to attempt to extract another workspace’s data.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations. We will use reasonable judgement and, where practical, give notice.
